Kevin Bethers, probably the most resourceful person on the planet, is our personal guy that comes around once a year and helps maintain the compliancy of the wall by
providing cable, pulley bolts, and anything else needed to keep the wall working in top shape. For a nominal fee, he handles all of those issues that are required on an
annual basis. I don't know any other company that has an employee like Kevin on their staff....and having someone that installs and services over 250 units a year has my
vote to handle our service needs! Bottom line, Spectrum Sports Int'l not only has the best product on the market, but their commitment to customer satisfaction through
their service calls and support line put them head-and-shoulders above the competition. "

"I want you to know how ecsatic we are about our New AUTO-BELAYS (ABs). As a small business that has been open for 10 years there are few things that have completely
changed the way we do business like the installation of our AB'S. Initially we were a little hesitant to have them installed in our gym. We felt as though they would be
intrusive to our climbers, hard to utilize for our staff and they (ABs) would make us less of a "climbing gym" and more of an "amusement park." We could not have been more
wrong! Our climbers love them, being able to warm up and to get in a bunch of routes while waiting for their climbing partners. Parents now can climb with their kids,
bringing in a new revenue source. Our Staffing cost have also gone down becasue we have an ever vigilant belayer for a one time investment. During Large group events it
feels much safer having 25-30 14 year olds using the ABs than belaying each other. Overall your product is an AWESOME addition to our facility. I would like to mention the
ease of installation. Spectrum Sports Int'l On-Site installation crew were great! They were on time, willing to answer any questions from my staff as well as our
customers. I felt as though, when they left, I was informed about their usage and the near maintenance-free operation. They cleaned up and left nothing but a great product
behind. Our New AB's are one of the best things we have done for our business. Having used other Auto-Belay systems and seen the cost and frustration of service and
